Jennifer Friday
VP of Product
Jennifer manages the product development roadmap for our expanding suite of communications and payments solutions. She is focused on improving client value by innovating current products and services as well as taking new ones from concept to launch.
Jennifer has led product development, project and relationship management and sales enablement for companies including Xerox Services, Symcor and Citigroup. She served as vice president of product development for Transactis, an electronic bill presentment and payments company now part of FIS, where she was a Nordis client.
Jennifer holds a bachelor of applied science in organizational leadership from Oglethorpe University. She earned her Six Sigma Black Belt certification at Kennesaw State University and attended CBA Executive Banking School.
