Dolores leads all employee development, engagement, recruiting and retention efforts. To support the company’s strong growth, she is developing and enhancing policies and programs that identify and manage talent needs, expand leadership training, and update career paths and other employee development opportunities.
A leader in human capital strategy and initiatives primarily in healthcare and technology for nearly two decades, Dolores’ expertise includes compensation and benefit analysis, organizational design, leadership and employee development and performance management, competency modeling and employee engagement. She most recently served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Kipu Health. She also was Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for Advanced Recovery Systems and Chief Human Resources Officer and Executive Vice President at Oasis Outsourcing, a Paychex company.
Dolores earned a bachelor of science in biology from Kean College and a master of business administration from New York University. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
