Nordis Technologies Recruits Vice President of Product

CORAL SPRINGS, FL, October 22, 2024— Nordis Technologies, a fast-growing leader in omnichannel customer communications management and payments technology solutions, has appointed Jennifer Friday as Vice President of Product. In this role, Friday manages Nordis’ product development roadmap and expanding suite of innovative solutions that increase clients’ revenues and market competitiveness by improving customer experience, repeat business and payments.

Friday has held leadership positions in product development as well as project and relationship management and sales enablement. She served as vice president of product development for Transactis, an electronic bill presentment and payments company now part of FIS, where she was a Nordis client.

She held similar roles at Xerox Services, Symcor and Citigroup. Friday started her career at AT&T Universal Card Services, where she managed quality assurance in print production for credit card billing statements, before taking on greater solutions development, sales and marketing responsibilities at First Union National Bank, BellSouth and First Data Corp.

Friday studied Organizational Leadership at Oglethorpe University. She earned her Six Sigma Black Belt certification at Kennesaw State University and attended CBA Executive Banking School.
