Nordis continues to invest in world-class print production and mailing operations, most recently moving to our new 30,000-square-foot Las Vegas print and mail facility that’s more than twice the size of our previous location there.
Just as with our Coral Springs, Florida plant, the Las Vegas facility ensures clients realize the benefits of creating and distributing paper communications using the Expresso™ CCM platform integrated with print/mail production and services. Our facilities ensure redundancy and future-proof customer communications operations, giving clients peace of mind and the ability to scale up or down as they adapt to changing market conditions.
Las Vegas lift
We’ve operated a full-service production plant in Las Vegas since 2015, but with the company’s growth, we require a larger footprint.
Now, we have a massive print room that meets today’s needs with plenty of space for equipment expansion. We added a huge inventory area with pushback drive-in racking and room to store up to 450 pallets of paper and envelopes.

Strong growth
Even as digital delivery grows, our clients’ high-volume print and mail requirements continue to increase. Our two plants produce nearly 350 million images and 125 million mailing packages annually. These figures are about to increase by more than 36% for images and 26% for mailing packages after Expresso implementations with new customers that go-live in the third quarter through first quarter 2025.
As part of the Vegas expansion, Nordis has added a Rival high-speed inserter and is in the process of bringing in more new equipment, including a RICOH Pro VC40000 continuous color roll-fed production printer capable of printing almost 1,200 pages per minute and BlueCrest Epic high-speed inserters. Automated, vision-based quality control and variable data verification audit every piece created.

Our top-of-the-line print and mail equipment and services enable clients to add the personalized content, color and other innovations necessary to engage consumers with paper bills and other communications. It’s even true when it comes to perforating, which at least 80% of our clients use. Our continuous roll-fed printers provide dynamic perfing for the same data file, automatically repositioning the clean perforation on each page to meet different client needs, such as different-size remittance coupons for different healthcare providers.
The printing and mailing advances also give clients plenty of options for maintaining high quality while reducing costs, including taking advantage of continuous roll-fed paper versus custom sheets, altering document sizes to use smaller envelopes, printing payment coupons instead of books and opting for double-sided printing.

Prioritizing business continuity
Like Coral Springs, we run three shifts in our Las Vegas production facility. We do leave built-in capacity to shift work between the two locations in case of an emergency.
Full system redundancy like Nordis has is rare. Companies with in-plant setups typically don’t have redundant systems online and ready to pick up production within minutes of a disaster. The same is true for most print and mail providers.
